• As Georgia Licensed General Contractors Limited Tier we understand building limitations that will be encountered when considering a property for development. With Forestry and construction knowledge we know about road location and other factors on the ground.
• As land developers and real estate investors ourselves we add another critical eye to what the real potential might be, and what your numbers should be.
• As Georgia Licensed Real Estate Agents we can represent you in the purchase of property once it has been located.
• Post purchase we can plan and layout the vison using GPS equipment, write up the NPDES Plan, pull permits, build the roads, etc.
